Stipend of ʻAlaviyah Hajiyah Aqa Baygum, 1887-1888
Haji Mulla Muhammad ʻAli the treasurer received 2000 dinars in cash and 7.5 mans [each man is three kilograms] of bread for the stipend of ʻAlaviyah Hajiyah Aqa Baygum [for] the month of Rabiʻ al-Sani 1305 AH [17 December 1887 to 14 January 1888].

The document reads: "I have received, for the stipend of Karbalayi Sakinah, the mother of ʻAli Akbar, 10 mans [each man is three kilograms] of barley, and I wrote this as a receipt of it." [on margin:] "Muqarrab al-Khaqan, the brother of the treasurer should give [the barley] as he has been told."

The document reads: "I, the library trustee of Astan-i Quds, state that the stipend of my wife (goods: three kharvars [one kharvar is 100 mans, roughly 300 kilograms] of wheat), who serves the Astan on behalf of Sharaf al-Saltanah, was received by Haji Mulla Muhammad ʻAli, the treasurer of Astan-i Quds. Two documents, which read: "Mulla Muhammad ʻAli, the treasurer of Astan-i Quds, received four tumans and three kharvars [one kharvar is 100 mans, roughly 300 kilograms] of wheat for this year's stipend from Anis al-Dawlah" and "Mulla Muhammad ʻAli, the treasurer of Astan-i Quds, recived four tumans and three kharvars [one kharvar is 100 mans, roughly 300 kilograms] of wheat for this year's stipend from Sharaf al-Saltanah."

The document reads: "It should be clear that Anis al-Dawlah's stipend (four tumans and three kharvars [one kharvar is 100 mans, roughly 300 kilograms] [of wheat]) for the rabbit year was sent by me to Dar al-Khilafah in November or December 1896."

The document reads: "Astan-i Quds received thirty nine tumans, sugar, tea, tobacco, lemon and Seville orange juice, etc. [illegible], and gratuity for the innkeeper for the expenses of the Rawzah for the royal Kishikkhanah, endowed by Anis al-Dawlah, for the stipend of myself, Muhammad ʻAli, her representative [for guardianship]." On margin: "Muqarrab al-Khaqan Mirza ʻAli Akbar Mustawfi and Mulla Muhammad ʻAli, the treasurers of Astan-i Quds, should issue financial drafts about the endowment of Anis al-Dawlah."

The document reads: "The trustee of Astan received 26 tumans and four thousand dinars; 30 tumans less one year's expenses (three tumans and seven qiran), which amounts to 26 tumans and 8000 dinars, for the stipend of myself, Haji Muhammad ʻAli, the servant representing Anis al-Dawlah."

The document reads: "the stipends: [of] this year [from] Anis al-Dawlah, based on a receipt kept by Mirza Buzurg, who keeps the records: eight tumans in cash and six kharvars [one kharvar is 100 mans, roughly 300 kilograms] of goods; [from] Anis al-Dawlah, the servant of the holy shrine: four tumans in cash and three kharvars [one kharvar is 100 mans, roughly 300 kilograms] of goods; [from] Sharaf al-Saltanah, the servant of the holy shrine, who is the wife of Haji Mirza ʻAbd al-Rahim: four tumans in cash and three kharvars [one kharvar is 100 mans, roughly 300 kilograms] of goods."
